EMOM +1/+1
Minute 1: +1 Burpee, +1 Strict Shoulder Press
Minute 2: +1 Burpee, +1 Clean
Minute 3: +1 Burpee, +1 Deadlift

Start with 1/1,1/1,1/1 for the first 3 minutes. Next set of 3 minutes, 2/2,2/2,2/2, etc. Keep going until you fail to complete the required work in a minute, then continue with the remaining movement(s), without rest.
